Annai Agencies was started in the year 1985 under the name of Annai Engineering works. Until the year 2005, the main focus of the company was to fabricate and erect Conventional Truss and Heavy Structures.
From 2003 onwards, our view has been towards the concept of Pre- Engineering Structures - Fabrication and Erection. At Present, we have established a plant for manufacturing Steel roofing sheets at Thoothukudi and hence promoting the usage of Steel Roofing throughout southern India.
We also design and manufacturing steel structures and concrete buildings, Wood industry manufacturing that includes expert quality universal standard wooden pallets, wooden doors - windows door frames and furniture), edible oil (Gingelly oil, Groundnut oil, Coconut oil).

Infrastructure & Machinery Details
The firm is situated over a total land area of 2 acres which includes a built-up area of 15,000 sq.ft. The Machinery in House is capable of producing most kinds of primary steel members including Rafters, Columns, and Beams using automatic Submergible Arc Welding. The House is equipped with a Cold Rolled Profiling Facility with a 20 Station Mill. The capacity of the concern is steadily growing with a current output of 300 metric tonnes per month. -
Quality Assurance
Raw Materials are procured through vendor evaluation and suppliers like SAIL & ESSAR provide us with the majority of the materials. Purchased materials are quality checked against test certificates. All components are subjected to routine quality procedures and random checks. 100% inspection is carried out on finished products before despatch.
